thread/posting rules

i was just wondering...

why is it that @ sometimes you can post replies and start new threads but @ other times you cannot

there doesn't seem to be any pattern to when or when not you can post info

whats the deal here?

What threads are you having trouble replying to?

I am not sure what you are talking about. There is a one minute time limit between posts, so if you try to post a lot real quick that might be the problem. If thats not it I am not sure. Please provide me with more details.

You should make sure that you are always logged in. IF you are not logged in you will not be able to post and the messages will change and say you are not allowed to post.

If thats not it, please provide more details.

2. find where it says "posting rules"
3. find where it says "you may"

sometimes it says "you may not"
